Yu Fu Li's Biography & Awards:

Yu Fu Li, 于福利，1949年出生，山东济南人。毕业于山东省师范大学书法专业。

现为中国书画研究会会员，中国书画之家网专职书画家，中国书法家协会山东分会会员，山东省东方国际名人书画院书画师，济南市老年大学书法教师。

几十年来楷书师法“颜真卿”、“二王”，刻苦钻研，心摹手追，视书法艺术如同生命。于福利先生不但酷爱书法艺术，研习陈式太极拳也有20多年，太极拳的刚柔相济等丰富神韵对其书法作品的精神内涵起到潜移默化的影响与帮助。

其作品多次在全国书法大赛中获奖，并编入《爱我中华弘扬国粹书法艺术大展作品集》、《跨世纪书法名家墨迹大观》。

象形字“福”字在文化部举办的全国书法大赛中获一等奖；
2003年12月第五界祖国颂国际书画摄影大赛中荣获毛笔书法金奖。

Yu Fu Li, was born in Jinan, Shandong province in 1949. He graduated from Shandong Normal University with a major in calligraphy.

He is currently a member of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, a full-time calligraphy and painter of the China Calligraphy and Painting Network, a member of the Shandong Branch of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a calligrapher of Shandong Oriental International Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and a calligraphy teacher of Jinan Senior University.

For decades, studied hard on the regular script masters "Yan Zhenqing" and “two master Mr. Wang", and regarded the art of calligraphy as his life. Mr. Yu Fuli not only loves the art of calligraphy, but also has studied Chen-style Taijiquan for more than 20 years. The richness and charm of Taijiquan's rigidity and softness have a subtle influence and help on the spiritual connotation of his calligraphy works.

His works have won awards in national calligraphy competitions many times, and have been compiled into "Love China and Promote the National Cultivation of Calligraphy Art Exhibition Collection", "Cross-Century Calligraphy Master Ink Grand View".

The hieroglyph "Fu" won the first prize in the National Calligraphy Competition held by the Ministry of Culture.

In December 2003, won the gold prize in calligraphy in the Fifth "Ode to the Motherland International Painting, Calligraphy, and Photography” Competition.
