Wei Zhong Chuan's Biography & Awards:
Wei Zhong Chuan, came from Liuzhou, he learned how to paint lotus from his father since he was a child, and he invited a 90-year-old whitebeard whom was called “The First Plum Painter in Lingnan” as his master, and learn the painting skill from him made him more skillful. His works are with fresh screen, distinctive artistic characteristics, his brush is vigorous and sophistication, giving a strong artistic appeal.
He now is the painter of Guilin Ya Yuan Painting and Calligraphy Institute, member of Guilin Art Association, committee member of National Fan-shaped Painting and Calligraphy Association.
韦仲传，号，大发，柳州人。自幼随父学习画荷花，后拜被世人誉为“岭南第一梅”的九十多岁老翁，当代广西著名画家潘文经先生为师，深得其师精髓，使绘画技艺更加炉火纯青。逐渐形成个人风格，笔墨豪迈自如，画面清新，艺术特点鲜明。用笔苍劲老辣，给人以强烈艺术感染力。
现为桂林雅圆书画院画师，桂林市美协会员，国际扇形书画协会委员。
