Xu Kun Yuan's Biography & Awards:

Xu Kun Yuan, also called Kun Lian, alias Shi Wu, Big Beard. He was born in 1967 in Chengdu, Sichuang province. He has been painting for more than twenty years. He was good at Chinese figure painting in Xieyi style.

Now he is a member of China Artists Association and Guangxi Artists Association.

His paintings have many subjects, distinctive style, ancient realm with meditation, elegant, profound and rich poetry. He awarded a lot in the national exhibitions and has published several painting albums. He is well-loved by many Chinese and foreign friends.

也名坤连，字石舞，号大胡子。1967年生，四川成都人，从事绘画20余年，擅长中国画写意人物。

现任中国美协会员，广西美协理事。

作品题材多变，画风独具，有古风禅境，淡雅深邃、富有诗意。其作品在国内画展中多次获奖，深受国内外朋友喜爱，出版过多部画集。
