Tang Yu Run's Biography & Awards:

Tang Yu Run, alias Qiushan, born in the ancient city Xianyang in 1924, later moved his residence to Shangcheng, Zhengzhou. In his early year, he studied Gongbi, in 1950s, was instructed by great master Zhu Da, Ren Bonian, Wu Changshuo, Chen Ban Ding, Qi Baishi and etc, thus his painting style is with a new look.

Mr. Tang's flower-and-bird paintings are known for peony, his peony has a reputation of "Tang Dynasty Peony". His artworks once on show in National Art Museum of China and Japan, USA, Singapore and etc and won the highly praise.

He is a famous artist who gets a worldwide fame at home and abroad. Now, he is a member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, the director of Chinese Elder Calligraphers and Painters Association and Henan Aesthetics Association and concurrently the professor of Zhengzhou University, Shangdong University and Zhengzhou Education College.


唐玉润，字秋山，1924年生于古都咸阳，后移居郑州商城，早年曾习工笔，50年代又师承八大山人、任伯年、吴昌硕、陈半丁、齐白石等大家，画风为之一新。先生的花鸟画以牡丹著称，素有“唐牡丹”之誉。现为中国书法家协会会员，中国老年书法美术家协会理事，河南美学学会理事，并兼任郑州大学、山东大学、郑州教育学院教授等职。其书画作品曾在中国美术馆及日本美国新加坡等地展出，受到好评，是享誉国内外的著名书画家。
