Liu Yu Chinese Animal Painting Artists

Liu Yu's Biography & Awards:

Liu Yu, a native of an ancient town of Chongqing. Alias "Bu Yi Dai Ren" or "Shuang Jiang San Ren". The master and painter of Cui Yuan Xuan Studio.

Although he grew and studied at country's hard time, he struggled with the fate but just can scrape by with humble fare and shabby clothes. He loves painting and calligraphy and always imitates the paintings of famous artist Jie Zi Yuan. He had learnt painting from many teachers and further study at his own expense. Some of his artworks are given to his friends as gifts and collected by American and Taiwan's friends.

He also is skilled in musical instrument such as playing Chinese Erhu, violin, saxophone and jazz drum. He likes poems and writing as well, some works are published on the newspapers and periodicals. He is interested in Daoist and I Ching philosophy,too.

Because of these interests, we can feel the sound of music, the mood of poem, the rational of Daoist and abstract of I Ching in his paintings.




刘瑜，男，号布衣呆人，双江散人，市井隐叟，醉云轩主，砚田耕夫。

60年代初生于渝西古镇,与共和国同生日，巴渝土著。最爱的诗句“芝兰生于深林不以无人而不芳，君子修道立德不为窘困而改节”。
长身体遇国家困难期，学知识碰十年内乱，此乃时运不济也，一直在命运线上挣扎。但粗食勉强裹腹，布衣尚能蔽体。

爱丹青（常临芥子园画传，曾随多个老师习画,自费多处进修，闲有作品赠友，并有作品被美国和台湾友人收藏），器乐（能二胡、小提琴、萨克斯、爵士鼓），喜诗词歌赋（有作品在报刊上发表），对道学、易学亦有所好。

作品隐音乐之韵，诗词之意，道学之理，易学之奥，求实与意之融。
