Chu Dong's Biography & Awards:

Chu Dong, 褚冬，河南省美术家协会会员，毕业于中央美术学院中国画学院。师从毕建勋老师，擅长水墨人物画，对山水，花鸟有一定的研习。

2012-2013年深造于北京画院袁武工作室，现为河南大学美术学院客座教授，中原书画院特聘画家。

其部分作品入选《全国当代书画名人名作精品集》，多次参加国，省，市画展并获奖。曾获百名中国书画名家称号。

Chu Dong, a member of the Henan Artists Association, graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Chinese Painting. He studied under Master Mr. Bi Jianxun. He is good at ink and wash figure painting, studies painting landscapes, flowers and birds as well.

From 2012 to 2013, he studied in Yuan Wu Studio of Beijing Academy of Painting. He is currently a visiting professor at the Academy of Fine Arts of Henan University, and a specially-appointed painter of Zhongyuan Painting and Calligraphy Institute.

Some of his works have been selected into the "National Contemporary Collection of Famous Painting and Calligraphy Masterpieces". He have participated in national, provincial and municipal art exhibitions and won awards. Awarded the title” One of best hundreds Chinese calligraphy and painting masters”.
